Formed in September 2008, the Folkestone indie-pop four-piece quickly started writing songs and playing shows. With an EP under their belts, Elephants got picked up by Vacuous Pop Records to help get things moving.

With support from BBC Kent introducing, the band recently recorded a Maida Vale session for Radio 1's Huw Stephens. BBC Kent Introducing has championed the band from the start, and in March they performed in their hometown for the show's first birthday party.

The band will be touring over the summer, and are performing at the Hevy Music Festival ahead of the release of their debut single.
